Jack Streitmarter

    A native of Cincinnati, Jack received his degree in marketing/management from Xavier University.  His talent as a musician and singer took him across America as a singer/songwriter before returning to Cincinnati to write music for advertising.  In 1982 he founded Sound Images and has since produced over 2500 musical scores and jingles for various clients across the world, including ABC Television, SeaWorld, totes, McDonalds and more.
    Jack has received numerous recognitions for his works with over 150 advertising awards, including two prestigious CLIO awards.  He has been a guest speaker for the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, the International Television Association, Women in Communications, Inc. and for several advertising and marketing associations, as well as many universities.   In addition, he has served on numerous non-profit and professional boards, including the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Film Commission, and the Advertising Club of Cincinnati.

Jay Petach

    With a Masters Degree in Engineering from Speed Scientific School at the University of Louisville, and his many years of experience in the recording profession, Jay is considered one of the best sound designers in the area.
    He’s worked both sides of the microphone at various times as a composer, lyricist, orchestrator, copywriter, musician, and even as a voice talent.
    He has received numerous ADDY® Awards for his work in advertising and has been asked to speak at various colleges and universities on the art of sound design.  He has been published in MIX and Recording Engineer/Producer magazines.

Adam Pleiman

     As a “Jack of All Trades”, Adam joined Sound Images in 2010 with a wide-reaching depth of experience.  He is a composer, multi-instrumentalist, sound designer, engineer and producer who also dives into 3D animation and design.  This combination of talents has landed him in roles working with advertising agencies, Fortune 500 companies and artists like Coldplay, 30 Seconds to Mars, Vanessa Carlton, Hi-Tek, and Taking Back Sunday. 
     Prior to joining the Sound Images, Adam worked as a freelance engineer, which took him all across North America, and as an Assistant Engineer for many known engineers and producers, from whom he gained a wealth of experience.  Beginning as a music major at Northern Kentucky University, Adam ultimately received a degree in Recording Engineering from world-renown Full Sail (Winter Park, FL) where he graduated in the top 5 of his class. His energy and passion  continues to show through his work at Sound Images.

Samantha Hobbs

Studio Manager

Samantha's love of music and business brought her to Sound Images to take on the multifaceted role of Studio Manager. While her degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky provided her with the knowledge and skills for the daily inter-workings of the business, it's her passion for the music industry that keeps her striving to learn more, challenge herself, and make the most of every day at Sound Images. Along with "holding the fort down" at the office, Samantha books talent, coordinates studio sessions, and assists with project management. After graduating college and then spending a few years in Nashville, TN working in finance and absorbing the eclectic music scene, she is back working near her home state of Kentucky among family and friends.

Michelle Streitmarter

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Michelle moved down to Athens, Georgia where she obtained her Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia.  During and after her college days, she spent nearly 10 years working closely with retailers and manufacturers, gaining a vast knowledge of the consumer packaged goods industry.  After spending some time in Atlanta & Tampa, Michelle focused on travel throughout Mexico, Central & South America.  In late 2009, she returned to Cincinnati to work with Sound Images.  She is passionate about helping clients develop their brand through music and audio.
